Cooking and wine workshops

Would you like to know more about the treasures of Italian gastronomy?

Take part in our cooking workshops where our guest chefs will share their know-how and recipes with you in Italian, French or English.

In a friendly atmosphere, discover the preparation of an Italian recipe that you will enjoy together with an accompanying wine.

Mostafa Rougaibi is a chef of Moroccan origin who operated his French cuisine restaurant, La Colombe, for 30 years. Previously he was chef at the restaurants La Gazelle, Le Tarot, Les Divas and Le Troquet Saint-André.

After two years of experience at the Stellina restaurant as Maître de Salle and Sommelier, thus consolidating an in-depth knowledge of Italian grape varieties and appellations, Antonio Salvi is currently Sommelier at the Mercuri 109 Restaurant. He deepened his know-how in sommelier at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), where he had the privilege of being trained by eminent sommelier experts such as Hugo Duchesne and Véronique Dalle.
