Cooking workshop

Paolo Evoli, chef for the company “Bomboloni Boss”, Dario Bivona, amateur pastry chef and winner of the 2022 “Le Meilleur Pâtissier du Québec” TV culinary competition, and Valentina Cattero, plant biology researcher at Université Laval, will share their knowledge and recipes, revealing the treasures of Italian gastronomy.

In a convivial atmosphere, participants will discover how to prepare an Italian recipe and enjoy it on the spot with a vin d’amitié.

Workshops will be presented in Italian, French or English.

For the fall session from September 15 to December 16, 2023, we offer 4 cooking workshops.
