Winner of the UNICEF Peace Prize (1997), he also works as a cultural mediator between Italy, Senegal, and Canada.

Guided by his professor and mentor, Carmine Carravagio, the representative of Italian wines in Quebec, he had the opportunity to complete an internship in Tuscany, in the heart of the region’s vineyards, deepening his expertise and knowledge of the Italian terroir.
