The talented and eclectic Dario Bivona, Italian, studied pharmacy before embarking on a career in communications. From an early age he loved and had a passion for pastry making; passion born in his grandmother’s kitchen and which he joyfully transmits to the Quebec public. Through his classic recipes, skillfully revisited, and his typically Italian radiant and sunny personality, Dario won over the public and the judges of the first season of the pastry competition “Le meilleur pâtissier du Québec”. In his book he offers creative desserts, within everyone’s reach, sweets from his childhood, his favorite Quebec recipes and unusual flavor combinations. Expect to exclaim: mamma che buono!
You can purchase the book on site, cash only.
