Primavera Molisana is an event designed to celebrate the cultural, natural, and artistic richness of the fascinating Molise region. Through a series of unique events, the festival offers the chance to discover and appreciate the region in all its authenticity. Lino Rufo, artist and singer-songwriter based in Molise, will be joined by local musicians to play the works of Giose Rimanelli (1925-2018), Molisan poet and novelist, to music in an intimate concert setting. Rimanelli was born in Casacalenda, CB, in 1925 and later spent time working in Canada and the United States as a professor of Comparative Literature. Molise was at the heart of many of his published works, such as Tiro al Piccione (Mondadori, 1953), Molise, Molise (Marinelli, 1979), and Moliseide.
