Vito and Carla separated a long time ago. They have three children. They loved each other desperately before hate replaced love. Now Vito has a new life and Carla too has a partner. Everyone feel like a tragedy that was waiting to happen has been averted and destiny is on their side. At least until that day, that evening when Vito disappears. Since that day, no one has heard from him anymore. His disappearance sets in motion an investigation into the past of all the persons involved. But, in these cases, does a single, irrefutable truth really exist?
