Being a good ally means understanding the unique struggles faced by people who navigate their Italian-Canadian identity and their 2SLGBTQIA+ identity. It’s often tough for individuals to feel fully accepted in both parts of their lives. From the perspective of friends, family, and community members, a panel discussion will explore how to better support and build connections with Italo-Queer Montrealers. After the panel, there will be an open-mic session where everyone can share their thoughts and experiences.
