The 36th edition of the Carrefour mondial de l’accordéon de Montmagny invites you from August 29th to August 31st, to reconnect with musicians from Quebec, Canada and more than 8 countries including Italy. These three days of music offer an intense experience, punctuated by more than 30 activities.
Natalino Marchetti was born in Latina, Italy, in 1975. Recognized as one of Italy’s finest accordionists, he is particularly renowned in the jazz world for his fiery style that captivates audiences. A winner of numerous international awards (Germany, France, Italy), he frequently performs abroad. His prolific career earned him the prestigious “Boniface VIII” Prize for his outstanding achievements and exceptional professional, human, and social qualities. A gold casting of his right hand is preserved at the International Museum of Accordion Greats in Castelfidardo, alongside legends like Richard Galliano and Wolmer Beltrami. He recorded Italian Songbook with Luca Aquino and Danilo Rea for ACT Music, one of Europe’s leading labels.
