What does Reconstruction poétique de l’univers exactly mean? The poetic performance of Claudio Pozzani comes from the need to restore the centrality of values that have been put aside as they are deemed to be unprofitable. Those same values were indeed the foundation of the human evolution: we are referring here to art, creativity, dream,, culture and passion.
In order to struggle against the current drift away from culture, Claudio Pozzani has been performing for 25 years. Poetry and the emotions it engenders are the real protagonists of the shows he puts on. Through his own poems and the ones of the authors from whom he originally drew inspiration (Montale, Marinetti, Sbarbaro, Campana, Ungaretti, Pavese, D’Annunzio, Leopardi, Pasolini…), Pozzani leads his audience to face a wide range of moods: fear, spleen, joy, passion, desire, oblivion and irony. His shows, performed in French and including Italian texts, generally last about 45/50 minutes. His shows might include also Italian songs and music, like a sort of live radio broadcast.

Claudio Pozzani was born in Genoa in 1961. He is a poet, a novelist and an artist. He is well-known for participating in many international poetry festivals in Europe, in Latin America and in Asia. His poems have been translated into several languages. Also, Pozzani has been organizing since 1995 the Poetry Festival of Genoa as well as tons of other arts and culture events in Europe.
