The Italian directors Fabrizio Laurenti and Gabriella Romano in Montreal to present the screening of the documentary film “Stolen kisses”

As part of the 34th edition of the Festival de film LGBTQ+ de Montréal Image+Nation, the Italian Cultural Institute of Montreal presents the screening of “Stolen kisses“, a documentary film by Fabrizio Laurenti and Gabriella Romano, produced and distributed by Istituto Luce -Cinecittà.

Being gay or lesbian in fascist Italy from the 1930s to the 1940s was not easy. This meticulous and elegant documentary film brings to life an era which is more complex than we can imagine.
