Italian Violin: from Vivaldi to Paganini

In the framework of theITALIAN FESTIVAL, the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, thanks to the support of the Italian Cultural Institute of Montreal, presents: Italian Violin: from Vivaldi to Paganini. Concert in two parts.

Four of the OSM’s violinists divide up Vivaldi’s Seasons in this first concert of the Italian Festival. Under the direction of Carlo Rizzi, the Orchestra next celebrates the grandeur of the Eternal City in Respighi’s Roman Festivals. Italy at its very best!
