Cluster EUNIC Montreal

After establishing the EUNIC Montréal cluster on 6 September 2017, the Italian Cultural Institute of Montreal, the Goethe-Institute Montreal, the Consulat General of France in Quebec and the Austrian Cultural Forum, on November 29, 2017, 6pm, will organize an event at the PHI Centre of Montreal to present the EUNIC network and especially to promote the languages and cultures of Europe and to strengthen international dialogue and exchange of knowledge and cultural diversity.

EUNIC Montreal was founded with the aim of creating opportunities for collaborations between the European national cultural institutes and local partners, to promote a better understanding of Europe and the European Union in Québec and in the Maritime Provinces.
By offering a program of cultural activities, EUNIC Montréal aims to support the languages and cultures of Europe, and to strengthen international dialogue, the exchange of knowledge and cultural diversity. The creation of a EUNIC cluster in Montreal is the result of an excellent collaboration from various European cultural institutions, which began several years ago with the project “Lisez l’Europe”, an initiative aimed at promoting contemporary European literature.

  • Organized by: Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Montreal
  • In collaboration with: Goethe-Institut, Consulat General de France a Queb
