IV Week of Italian Cuisine in the World

“Food Education: Culture of taste” is the theme of the fourth edition of Week of Italian Cuisine in the World which will be held from the 18th to the to 24th of November 2019. The initiative is dedicated to promoting abroad quality Italian cuisine and our food products and it is increasingly asserting itself as a very important event.

The week sees the diplomatic-consular network and the Italian Cultural Institutes committed to offering a large number of events around the world: seminars and conferences, meetings with chefs and cooking classes, tastings and dinners, which accompany the promotional activities. Italian cuisine is also expressed through its projection in art, with films, concerts and photographic exhibitions. Also, following the legacy of Expo Milano 2015, there is no lack of in-depth moments on topics of great current interest, such as the relationship between food and environmental sustainability, the culture of healthy food, food security, the right to food, food education, territorial identities and biodiversity.
