Giorgio Revelli in concert at the St. Michael’s Cathedral in Sherbrooke

The Italian Cultural Institute of Montreal presents the organist, harpsichordist and Italian choir director Giorgio Revelli in concert.

Giorgio Revelli is an organist, harpsichordist and choir director. He completed his musical studies at the National Conservatory of Nice (France) in René Saorgin’s organ class; in the harpsichord class with Mireille Podeur at the Early Music Department of the same Conservatory, and the piano with Elzbieta Glabowna. Since 2007 he has been titular organist of the great organ Locatelli-Bossi near the Basilica Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart in Bussana de Sanremo since December 2007 and in 2010 he was an artistic director of the International Organ Festival “Serate organistiche Leonardiane” of the S. Maurizio Concourse of Imperia and the International Festival of Classical Music “Appunti Sonori”. As of January 2016 he was named responsible for events and musical activities and choir director of the mastery of the Dome of Imperia. Today Giorgio Revelli’s concerts are performed in prestigious International Music Festivals and Initiatives in Italy, Europe, South America, and Canada.
