#WeAreItaly #StayTuned On It

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs just launched the campaign #WeAreItaly #StayTunedOnIt to promote the most creative and vital Italy in the world during Coronavirus.

Andrea Bocelli, Uto Ughi, Tiziano Ferro, Paolo Fresu, Ada Montellanico, Nek, Andrea Griminelli, Rita Marcotulli, Fabrizio Bosso and many others joined the initiative and created video messages to spread abroad the invitation to stay connected with the world of Italian culture. Also, in these days of emergency, Italian cultural institutions are putting in place many initiatives to offer the Italian and international public exclusive moments of virtual cultural entertainment.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, to show the image of a country capable of continuing to produce and spread high-quality culture and entertainment, will collect every day new videos and exclusive content. Such content will be promoted through the dedicated page of its website, social channels and the network of Italian Embassies, Consulates and Cultural Institutes in the world.

In the foreground the whole “web culture” offered by museums and archaeological parks, libraries and archives, festivals and theaters, the film industry and the performing arts, television, radio and publishing (such as Istituto Luce, Cineteche di Milano and Bologna, Salone del Libro, Pinacoteca di Brera, MAXXI and many others) that are showing an extraordinary ability to “occupy” social platforms in a way both of quality and creative.
